C3 Transfers Operation of Family/Community Resource Center to Isabella Bird Community School

C3 successfully transferred the operation of its Family/Community Resource Center (FCRC) to Isabella Bird Community School in August, 2016 after funding and running the center for three school years, 2014-16.  OUR NEW WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! AN EXCITING, NEW VERSION IS COMING SOON.
